What's New for the 2024 Nissan GT-R?
This year, Nissan managed to increase this legendary supercar's aerodynamic downforce by redesigning its front and rear fascias. The end result is more responsive handling. Meanwhile, the NISMO trim now features a new rear wing and a performance-enhancing front limited-slip differential. A newly optional NISMO Appearance Package is also available. It adds unique RAYS wheels with red accents, a special engine cover, and a unique clear coat on the hood.
What Are the 2024 GT-R Trims & Features?
The 2024 GT-R has three trims available: Premium, T-Spec, and NISMO. The entry-level Premium trim packs more than enough performance for most driving enthusiasts. It also comes standard with plenty of top-grade features. Highlights include heated sport seats, an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen with navigation.
If you crave a special look, move up to the limited-edition T-Spec trim. Its gold-colored Nismo wheels and wider front fenders will immediately catch your eye. This trim also gives you access to some exclusive paint colors. Nismo carbon-ceramic brakes come standard. On the inside, you'll find semi-aniline leather seats and gold interior stitching.
The lineup's most aggressive trim is the GT-R NISMO. Its aerodynamic body kit helps create an especially racy look. Performance upgrades, such as a NISMO-tuned suspension, also help set apart the NISMO trim.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 GT-R Have?
Motivating the new GT-R is a 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine. Nissan rates it to crank out a monstrous 565 horsepower and 467 lb-ft of torque. However, special tuning boosts the NISMO trim's output to 600 horsepower. All versions of the GT-R make use of a six-speed dual-clutch auto transmission. Standard all-wheel drive gives you dynamic handling for all seasons.
