What's New For the 2021 Nissan Leaf?

In 2021, the Nissan Leaf doesn't see significant changes but remains a top choice for a safe, efficient, and value-oriented electric vehicle. The Leaf stands out for its exceptional efficiency, and it also has a wealth of safety and technology features. As before, you can choose to get the Leaf in a regular version or opt for the Leaf Plus, which has more power.

Which Features Are Available for 2021?

The regular Nissan Leaf is available in three trim levels, and you can also get the Leaf Plus. The base Leaf trim level is called the S. With this trim, you can enjoy an eight-inch infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and smartphone support. The Nissan comes equipped with various advanced safety aids at the base level. The base trim also has climate control and keyless ignition, along with a height-adjustable seat for the driver.

The base trim is eligible for the Charge package, standard on the Leaf Plus, with a DC fast-charging port. A leather steering wheel is standard on the SV, and it gets a fully power-adjustable driver's seat. The second trim gets an upgraded sound system, and its infotainment system includes navigation. LED lights are added to the second trim's exterior. The second trim can be enhanced with all-around heated seats through the All-Weather package, which also has heated side mirrors and a heated steering wheel. The SL trim, which tops the line, has leather seats and a Bose sound system.
