  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. No purchase necessary. Limited to Arizona residents with  proof of valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance, 18 years of  age or older.  Purchase will not increase  the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Enter  sweepstakes at Los Altos Ranch Market 1602 E. Roosevelt St. Phoenix, AZ 85006.  No mechanically reproduced or photocopied  entries or entries which are illegible or incomplete will be permitted. Limit  one entry per household. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are  responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. All materials submitted  become the property of the sponsoring dealership and none will be returned.

2.   The sweepstakes winners  will receive either one 55" Insignia TV of an approximate value of $500, or one  gift card valued at $100, or one Fire tablet of an approximate value of $59.  One winner for each prize will be selected in a random drawing. Prize  quantities are three 55" TVs, ten $100 gift cards, and six Fire tablets. No substitutions  or cash equivalents allowed. The Prize is nontransferable and non-assignable. Winners  will be responsible for all taxes related to the Prize.

3. The contest will begin on February 11, 2016 and ends on March  17, 2016 at Los Altos Ranch Market 1602 E. Roosevelt St. Phoenix, AZ 85006. One  winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries to between 6:00  PM and 8:00 PM on March 22, 2016 and will be notified via phone.  Winner does not need to be present for  drawing.  In order to claim the Prize,  winner must provide proof of identity and Arizona residency for at least 6  months within 24 hours of being notified of winning. If provisions above are  not met by winner, all rights to the Prize will be forfeited and ABC Nissan may  select a substitute winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries within  24 hours of the first drawing.

4. Sweepstakes open to anyone 18 years of age or older, limited  to Arizona residents, except employees and immediate families of employees of ABC  Nissan or Los Altos Ranch Market, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and  promotion agencies. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is  subject to federal, state and local regulations. The decisions of the sponsor  regarding this contest are final.

5. The name of the winner will be disclosed as provided by  law. For the name of the winner, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: ABC  Nissan 1300 E. Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014

6. Acceptance of the Prize offered constitutes permission to  use winner's name, biographical information, and likeness for purposes of  advertising and promotion without further compensation.

7  By accepting the Prize,  winner releases ABC Nissan, its advertising and promotional agencies and each  of their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability with  respect to the Prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries,  damage, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection  with receipt, ownership, or use of the Prize or while preparing for,  participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize or contest related  activity, and winner also acknowledges that said parties have neither made, nor  in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation,  promise or guaranty, express or implied, relative to the Prize or otherwise.
