What's New For the 2019 Nissan Armada?

This year's Armada carries a helpful feature Nissan calls Rear Door Alert. It helps drivers remember things they placed in the backseat. When you open either of Armada rear doors before a drive, this feature briefly engages the horn at your destination if you exit the car and forget to check the backseat. For this model year, Nissan also expanded Armada standard safety-related features. Every 2019 Armada includes Nissan Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking technology.

2019 Armada Has Abundant Features

Nissan largest SUV is rugged yet comfortable. There are four Armada trims for 2019, which are SV, SL, Platinum and Platinum Reserve. In each of these trims, you can choose between rear-wheel and four-wheel drivetrains. Among the Armada SV notable amenities, you will find an eight-inch touchscreen with the maker's NissanConnect interface. Through this panel, you can manage the SUV's navigation system, SiriusXM satellite radio, SiriusXM Travel Link with three years of complimentary access and Bluetooth hands-free calling. Stepping up to the SL setup adds leather-appointed seats and a power liftgate to your Armada.

This trim level also includes the Nissan Intelligent Around View Monitor system. Drivers who choose Armada Platinum trim gain heated and cooled front seats, tinted aluminum-alloy wheels and the maker's Intelligent Lane Intervention technology. Every Platinum Armada also features an entertainment package that can keep rear passengers occupied while you engage with the road. In the Armada Platinum Reserve edition, you will find Nissan most luxurious SUV. It features chrome-clad wheels, dark chrome door handles and a matching grille, premium leather seats with contrast stitching, interior badges and an open-pore wood tone trimmed with a dark quartz hue.

What's Under the Hood of the 2019 Nissan Armada?

Every 2019 Armada trim level packs Nissan 5.6-liter, eight-valve engine beneath its hood. This thunder-stirrer features two overhead cams and 32 valves, and it creates 390 horsepower. If you love to drive, you will be thrilled to interface with this burly engine through Armada seven-speed, automatic transmission. Its manual mode lets you choose when the system shifts gears.

Which Safety Features are Available?

In addition to the standard driver's aids Nissan added to the 2019 model, Armada also possesses other features that protect you and your precious cargo.
